Each daily dose (3 capsules) provides you with 2000 mg of magnesium L-threonate, of which 144 mg is elemental magnesium – which corresponds to 38% of the nutrient reference value (NRV) for adults. The capsule shell is made of HPMC and is therefore suitable for vegans.

Magtein® is a branded raw material where magnesium is bound to L-threonic acid. This specific compound form is characterized by high bioavailability.
A daily dose of 3 capsules contains 2000 mg magnesium L-threonate, of which 144 mg is elemental magnesium. This corresponds to 38% of the nutrient reference value (NRV) for adults.
Take 1 capsule three times daily with plenty of liquid, spread throughout the day.
We recommend taking it spread throughout the day, as indicated in the directions for use. You should not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, nor for children and adolescents.
Magnesium-containing preparations can have a laxative effect. If you notice this, you can discuss the dosage with your doctor.
Store it at room temperature, in a dry place, protected from light, tightly closed, and out of reach of children.
