Our Magnesium 7 Complex combines magnesium from seven different magnesium compounds in one capsule. Each compound exists in its own unique chemical bond form and contributes to the overall composition of the product.

Each daily serving of the product provides 201 mg of magnesium, corresponding to 54% of the nutrient reference value according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.

The recipe was implemented without colorings, flavorings or coatings and is free of gluten, fructose and lactose.

The capsule shell is made of transparent vegetable hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
