Taurine is a sulfur-containing amino acid that occurs naturally in the human body and is also ingested through food, for example meat and fish. The body can also produce small amounts of taurine itself. Chemically, taurine is not one of the protein-building amino acids, but exists freely in tissues, including muscles, heart, brain, and eyes.
Our taurine powder consists of 100% pure taurine, with no release agents, fillers, flavors or sweeteners. This allows you to dose the amount exactly according to your own preferences and to flexibly stir the powder into drinks. Taurine is almost taste-neutral and dissolves well in water, juice or shakes.
Taurine is known to many people from energy drinks, as it is a frequently used ingredient there. In our product, however, it is in pure powder form, without caffeine, sugar or other additives.
