For our barley grass juice powder, young barley grasses are pressed immediately after harvesting. Only the pure plant juice is used, which is then gently dried using a patented, elaborate process. Insoluble plant fibers are removed during this process. This results in a concentrated, intensely green juice powder with a fine structure and good solubility.

From harvest to finished juice powder, less than 45 minutes pass – a crucial factor for consistently high quality.

In contrast to plant powder, the production of juice powder requires many times more fresh grass, as only the pressed plant juice is processed further - this results in a concentrated juice powder.
