Zero was specially developed to provide you with the valuable elements from greens, without you having to accept its typical taste. Added to yogurt (fruit yogurt is best), it is a very pleasant topping and rounds off your yogurt to a complete meal.

In our juice powders, the fibers were removed because fibers in grass are difficult for the human body to digest. Fibers from grass contain a lot of cellulose, hemicelluloses and lignin and are optimal for ruminants like cows. Since we are not cows, we have used easily digestible fibers for Zero.
Galactomannans: soluble fibers that are fermented by bacteria in the intestine.
Potato fibers: provide valuable plant fibers and resistant starch, completely without additional calories.

About HCK® Technology
The name HCK® stands for HydroCell-Key, which translates as "key to the cell." This term describes how the HCK® micronutrients are absorbed by the body thanks to their special composition. Each micronutrient is embedded in a purely plant-based carrier substance made from guar gum and then dried. This creates granules that swell when combined with liquid, forming a gel. This colloidal film ensures that the HCK® micronutrients can be absorbed by the body just as effectively as nutrients from fruits and vegetables. Another advantage is that the HCK® micronutrients contain fiber, which is essential for optimal absorption in the intestine and is missing in many other preparations.

Zero is a high-fiber granule with barley and ancient wheatgrass juice, produced with HCK® technology. It adds valuable greens to your yogurt, turning it into a wholesome snack.
The nutrients are embedded in a plant-based fiber matrix. The granules swell in the stomach, releasing the nutrients slowly and gently. This ensures optimal absorption.
Grass powder contains crude fibers (cellulose, hemicelluloses, lignin) that are difficult to digest. At Zero, we use juice powder in granular form, which makes the nutrients more concentrated, more bioavailable, and much more pleasant in both consistency and taste.
