Kraftgras' Bio Five Greens juice powder combines five carefully selected plants: barley, Kamut® Khorasan, wheat, oats and alfalfa – combined in equal parts in their purest form as juice powder.
The essence of the plant: Unlike conventional plant powders, where the entire plant, including the fibers, is ground, we use only fresh plant juice for our Five Greens. Pressed immediately after harvesting and gently dried, the insoluble fibers are removed. The result is a concentrated, intensely green blend with a fine texture and excellent solubility.
Origin: Utah. The plants thrive in Utah's mineral-rich soils, shaped by millions of years of ancient marine deposits and volcanic activity. The dry climate and intense sunlight create conditions that are reflected in the exceptional purity and vibrant color of our juice powders.
With Five Greens, you consciously choose the elaborate extraction process over simple grinding. Free from additives, without fillers, and consistently transparent.

The organic Five Greens juice powder is a mixture of five plants in pure juice powder form: barley, Kamut® Khorasan, wheat, oats and alfalfa – each in equal parts.
This is juice powder. The plants are pressed after harvesting, and only the plant juice is processed further. The whole plant is not ground.
Plant powder is made by drying and grinding the entire plant, including insoluble plant fibers. For juice powder, only the plant juice is extracted and gently dried. Insoluble plant fibers are removed in the process. This results in a fine, concentrated powder that mixes easily into liquids.
Since only plant sap is used, the raw material input is significantly higher than with plant powder. This process requires more fresh plant material and precise processing.
If needed, stir a heaped teaspoon into water, smoothies, juice, (plant-based) milk or muesli.
