How can I order?

Wheatgrass juice activates your mind and body and provides you with a concentrated dose of natural energy.

Barley grass juice takes care of your overall well-being. It makes you happy, helps you in stressful situations and with regeneration.

Both grain juices are alkaline and full of important nutrients that are good for you.

What payment options are available?

You can conveniently pay by credit card, Twint, PayPal, Apple Pay or invoice.

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through certified payment providers.

How do I find out about promotions or discounts?

Via our newsletter. There we share news, inspiration, new products and of course, special offers.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Simply enter your code in the appropriate field at checkout.

What is the best way to take the granules?

What is the best way to take the granules?

  1. Mix the granules into your yoghurt or muesli
  2. Take the granules pure and wash them down with a drink
  3. Some people like it mixed with fruit juice in a glass of water. In this case, however, the granules must be drunk quickly as they swell.

Important! No matter which form of intake you choose, drink enough water. The granules can be most effective if you drink enough liquid. It doesn't matter whether you drink it during or after taking it.

Do you also deliver abroad?

Within Switzerland, we ship via kraftgras.ch.

For deliveries within the EU, you can order via kraftgras.de.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Usually within 2-3 working days.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Which shipping service do you use?

We ship exclusively with Swiss Post.
Orders will be shipped via Economy.

By when do I need to order so that the package is shipped immediately?

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same working day.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return.

What do I do if the goods are damaged?

Please contact us directly with a photo of the damage at info@kraftgras.ch . We will take care of a replacement or refund without any hassle.

How can I delete my customer account?

Simply write to us briefly – we will delete your account in accordance with data protection guidelines.

What is the difference between the Basic and Plus lines?

  • The Basic line includes pure, natural products.
  • The Plus line builds on these basics and combines them with specifically selected vitamins or nutrients – for different needs.

Are all Kraftgras products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes. All our products are vegan-certified and gluten-free.
